How long will it take to fulfill my order?

Each bow is handcrafted with care and made with so much love! For our basic and seasonal collections, you can expect your order to ship 3-7 business days after purchasing (unless the listing specifies otherwise!)

Please note that personalized items will ship 8-14 business days after purchasing. If your order contains a personalized item, ALL items will be shipped together.

Do you do any custom orders? (i.e. fabric for special events)

YES! We love making all of your bow visions come to life. Check out our "customs" highlight on instagram (@cottontailbowco) to see what we have done before! Email hello@cottontailbowco.com for all custom order inquiries. Please note that lead time for custom orders will vary.

Can I send an order as a gift?

Absolutely, just make sure to use their shipping address so we can send their gift directly to them. Let us know the name of the recipient, and what the special occasion is at check out and we'll make sure to include a handwritten, personalized message with the order (at no extra charge!).

 

What is the material of your headbands?

You can rest easy knowing that our headbands are made from a soft and stretchy nylon/spandex blend that fits comfortably on all sizes from newborn to adult. 

 

Can I choose the orientation of the alligator clip?

Yes. For safety reasons, we secure our clips to our bows. When selecting the finish of your bow, you can choose right or left orientation which refers to the side of your child's head the bow will be placed. For example, if your daughter wears a bow on the left side of her face, you would select 'Alligator Clip (Left)'. 

 

How are your bows packaged?

To keep your shipping cost low, smaller bows are packaged together on our custom bow cards. If you are purchasing bows as gifts and prefer that bows be placed on separate cards, leave us a note at checkout and we will be happy to send along extra cards! 

 

What is your return policy? 

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns. However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do everything we can to make it right!

Do you have gift cards? 

We don't have physical gift cards, but we do have E-Gift cards that make great gifts for your loved ones! Click here for more information!

Do you ship internationally?
