Cotton masks are made with 2 layers of fabric.
Inner fabric color and nylon color may vary from photo.
Clean: For best results, hand wash or machine wash (delicate) in a mesh bag and hang dry.
Remove or replace nose bridge*: Turn mask inside out and gently pull up the metal bridge. If replacing, adhere new strip to the inside layer of fabric directly under the top seam.
*Adult masks will come with one metal piece in place and one extra. Kids masks will NOT have a nose bridge in place, but will include one if you choose to use it.
Adjust fit: Gently pull and knot the lower nylon.
Convert to ear loops: Cut both straps in the center and re-tie on either side.
Caution! This mask is NOT a medical-grade mask and is NOT rated for disease control. The Center for Disease Control (CDC) has provided the following information regarding homemade face masks: The role of facemasks is for patient source control, to reduce contamination of the surrounding area when a person coughs or sneezes. Caution should be exercised when considering this option since their capability to protect healthcare personnel is unknown. Per the recommendation of the CDC, children under 2 should NOT wear masks.
